Delivery is timely and driver very nice. Corporate is terrible. 30 mins on hold for phone call. My water dispenser leaks and has been for over 10 weeks and no one replayed or assisted to fix. I have 3 emails and 6 calls to the deliver manager Carlos Rodriguez and not one call back.
