The environment of this place is super supportive and welcoming. Everyone is just as excited to try on dresses as you are, even the staff! The staff is there to work with you for anything you need. In fact, one of my bridesmaids has a disability where she can't walk (which means getting in a nice dress could be difficult). I addressed my concern and my stylist assured me that they will work with her and make sure she is comfortable. Speaking of stylists, Rodline is just great! She's so supportive and experiences the fitting with you instead of just doing her job. She gives an honest opinion about how you look, and is super informative about any adjustments that can be made. I highly recommend her if you can request her.
Just as a side note. Get there early on the weekends. Parking is very limited. It took me about 20 minutes to get a space near the building.
