Days Inn by Wyndham Perry

I arrived at hotel around 10:00 pm from out of town. I was instructed to go to the “overnight” window due to lobby being closed. When walking up to window I thought this bug crawling on the window looked like a bedbug but I didn’t question it. I immediately went to the room to check the beds, floor, door jams, etc. for bed bugs. I then realized this room was INVESTED with bed bugs!!! I took plenty of pictures and will be reported to code inspector. After snapping a few pics I walked out looking for the front desk worker, she was in the hallway so I told her I would like a refund due to bed bugs in room. Not once did she apologize for any inconvenience and professionally handle the situation so I became irate due to driving 4 hours there! She told me I would have to call Priceline for refund and walked away. I replied that I was not leaving until I received my money back. She threatened that the police was on the way and I would be removed. I had a friend meet me there and while I was discussing with my friend what happened and where would we go, the rude, inconsiderate employee continued to threaten me and demand I leave the property. At this point I’m frustrated as I did nothing wrong but purchase a room invested with bed bugs and she couldn’t even show sympathy but only to rush me away! This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
