Dentastic Dental Center

I picked this dental office because it had great reviews. I can't say anything bad about the dentist or the dental assistant. They were very nice. However the front office staff is a different story. They did not bother to find out with the insurance company which services are covered. When I questioned that, they dismissed me and told me it's based on a fee schedule. I had to call my insurance company and was told that the office put a claim thru and all the services are covered 100%. It took over month and a half for them to credit me. The office manager refused to call me back whenever I left a massage. I'll not go back to this office again and I urge you to think twice before you make a commitment to this facility. The front office staff represents the office and when they do not do their job, it's a reflection on the whole office.
