I was interested in making an appointment with the doctor for my 88 year old father. The office manager, Tracy, said the first step was to collect his medical records (from various doctors in 2 states) for the doctor to review. After review, the doctor would inform us as to whether my father was acceptable to become a client. Tracy refused to explain what criteria the doctor used -- age, type of heart condition, treatment history, or something else. It's a lot of work to compile and send these records and Tracy's attitude was arrogant. We don't want to waste the doctor's time, if Dad is an unsuitable patient, and I would hope the doctor wouldn't want to waste ours either.
