I cannot complain about the doctors and their professionalism but the way they are doing business is not okay. By law most people with health insurance are entitled to a free annual physical exam, it's my case with my insurance at least, however, here they charge you up front for the visit and when I complained about it they told me that my next visit will be at no cost. I'm sorry but that makes no sense, that was the first time I heard that one so there won't be a next visit for me.
