I have been going to Dr. Peggy Watson for 4 years. And that was honestly about 3.8 years too long. The office / billing staff is one of the most incompetent I’ve encountered. Everything from severely over collecting payments from me to losing copies of my medical records and/or not providing them to specialists for follow up appointments.
The final straw was last week. I had blood work done and was told there were a couple of “abnormalities” in my results and if I wanted to ask any questions, I’d have to make an appointment to be seen in the office AGAIN. Mind you, anytime I’ve had to go in for anything I’ve waited at least an hour if not longer to be seen. I was told by Ann (front desk) the doctors are just “too busy” to talk to their patients over the phone.
I’ll be changing doctors effective immediately.
