Twice in a single week, our order was made incorrectly. Not sure who is to blame: the person keying the order or the person prepping or the person at the window who should be verifying. Last Tuesday, we ordered a bacon-egg biscuit and a sausage-egg-cheese biscuit. We got a chicken-bacon-egg biscuit and a sausage-bacon-egg with a biscuit top and English muffin bottom. When asked if we could get the sugar and cream on the side for my coffee, the person who took the order said yes, but they li it in the drink, making it cloyingly sweet. This time, the sandwiches we ordered that should have been on croissants were given to us on bagels. The food isn't terrible, but, clearly, the staff needs an overhaul.
