I didn't want to do this but you don't give me no choice. when I went to your dealer you help us well you give a extended warranty that was should be good . But the true is horrible!!. The didn't want to cover us in couple different times . I call the warranty to cancel warranty because of it and get my refund and the told me I had to go back to dealer where I purchase warranty. Here where it starts to get agravating I call you many times and all you can tell me owner handles this kind of problem. He usually not here but I will tell him to call you back. I waited many times also I call many times and still till this date no phone call!!. This goes back to April. You seem not to care about your reputation or your clients .if I don't here from you soon the next phone call won't be from me . Legal actions are being considered. It didn't have to come to this . You guys all you want to do is sale and take people's money and then you look away .
