Great atmosphere and Customer service. We were there twice, the place was not very crowded and we were greeted warmly. Last time we rented a Intermediate size, which by definition in the website is a 5-seat one, but we were given a Hyundai Veloster, which is a 4-seat 3-door (it has a fixed cup holder in the middle of the back row so definitely a 4-seat). We did not pay much attention and took the car before realizing that. The car was so small that my friend had a hard time getting in and out. We told them when returning the car, just with an intention to get the difference back, well, it caused us some inconvenience but it was not that bad. They were eager to go above and beyond what we expected. Definitely a good alternative place with the airport, where is farther but you can drop-off anytime.
