I don’t ever give bad reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Went here to try eyelash extensions. Throughout the procedure the woman kept getting glue in my eyes that burned like crazy. After an hour and a half of torture she tells me I can go ahead and open my eyes at which point I realize I can’t. She had spilled so much glue everywhere that my top lashes were glued down to my bottom lashes. At this point she spent another 45 minutes trying to pull them apart (which once’s again hurt incredibly bad). Once she finally unstuck them and I could open my eyes I was very unhappy with the result. They looked extremely fake and were clumped together. It was uncomfortable to even blink. I hoped that I would just get used to them as I had just spent well over $100 on them. I left that afternoon and things just got worse and worse. They were hurting and tugging on my natural lashes and several fell out with my natural lash along with it. Sharp dried up pieces of glue along my lash line poked into my eye. After a night of barely any sleep I went back in the morning because I couldn’t take the discomfort anymore. The woman acted annoyed that I was having an issue with them and wanted them off. She put this gel on my eyes to remove them. When she pulled on the lashes to remove them she tugged too hard and it not only hurt but opened my eyes to allow the gel to get in my eyes and it burned. It honestly felt like hot sauce was in my eye. After all this she refused to refund me and wanted to charge me for the removal. After arguing back and forth she said she removed them as a “favor” and still refused to refund me. I left with several of my natural lashes gone and glue still stuck to what I had.This was the worst experience of my life and I would never go here again. Just wanted to warn people so they don’t have to deal with such a horrendous experience.
