Never ever use FASHIONS & FLOWERS in Orlando, FL! I sent my mother Valentine’s Day flowers.. attached is the photo I ordered and what she got. First off, they called her to ask her the 3 digits on the back of the credit card, ruining the surprise. Then it came like this. No wooden vase, no succulent, no roses, holes in leaves, basically nothing like what I ordered. I called and told her this, even sending her pictures. She said she had no idea why it would show a wooden vase on her website she was absolutely clueless and refused to give a refund even after seeing photographs. Said she has never received a complaint in 49 years (which cannot be true because she has a 1.5 star rating on Google). Bad business and completely unprofessional.
