Fit & Functional

Following a fall, broken arm, and herniated disks in my neck a few years ago I was in constant pain and unable to do even the simplest exercises, much less have full quality of life. Physical therapy released me when the numbness in my hands was relieved, but I was still in constant pain and unable to live my life as I had prior to the accident. Sherman and his team at Fit and Functional are so knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. They have slowly built my body strength back, and my pain is rare now! What a gift. I can see muscle tone and feel the confidence in my body again. I can carry my grandchildren, hike, play, kayak, and all of the things I did before the accident. All things I had begun to fear I would never be able to do again. What a gift!
