The lady at the front desk asked me what I need help with and when I was explaining my problem she just keep ask questions like whats your case number, whats your name, date of birth, interrupting me like you could have asked me this stuff before you said what can i help you with and the lady that called me to help me with my case was ready to go home i tried explaining to her she just took my I.d. And case number and looked me up and said well your case is still pending do you have you paper I gave her my paper work and she faxed it in and said ok we are all done she didnt even look at me one time
