Nothing but trouble from jump.
No customer service or management on site.
Had a AC compressor replaced here a month ago and at pick up there was a coolant warning light on the dash. After trying to tell us it wasn't their fault, we traced the problem to the float sensor wire which was pulled out during the compressor job. They assured us they would order the part and make it right. After a week of no communication we went back and were told the part was not there and was never ordered however we needed an oil change so we got it done while we were there. After over another week we went back, were told the part would "be in tomorrow" and when we finally got the car in to fix their screw up, we were told we were going to have to pay for the part as the tech who assured us it would be taken care of no longer worked there.
At this point, i called management and attempted to speak with them about my concerns but was told I should have "gotten it in writing" and that they were not responsible for replacing the part they broke as it was not part of the AC system. We also got a valve cover replacement quote and were quoted over $650. I looked at the invoice and noticed the price for 8 spark plugs and the associated labor were at the bottom like an extended warranty at a car dealership, the gaskets were marked up over 100% from dealer cost as well.
I'm sure they can turn a wrench, but they tried to sell my fiance unnecessary work without even consulting with us what it was they were doing. They markup parts exorbitantly and don't stand behind their work. They don't pick up the phone, and when they do, they're rude. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever, you will be speaking to a mechanic. When confronted with a frustrated customer on the phone, these guys hang up.
Best case, this place is wildly mismanaged, and worst case they're garden variety scammers.
Again, I'm sure from a skill level stand point these guys can fix most cars, however, If you want to have a good experience, be confident in your auto repairs and trust your mechanic,
Go somewhere else.
