Gastroenterology Associates of West Florida: Staffetti Joseph MD

Dr. Staffetti was really nice and professional. He explained carefully and in great detail what to expect for my procedure. I was confident in his expertise through the procedure. Everything went as planned and his staff and himself were really awesome and made me feel right at home. The nurses and anesthesiologist and his assistant were awesome they made my anxiety level go way down and I genuinely had a great experience at the 2020 trinity location. You guys rock keep up the great work!!!

Dr. Staffetti is a burned out physician. Why bother to even see your patients, you don`t listen, and appear not to care. Personal phone calls after an already long wait to see him is unacceptable. I have waited for weeks for test results, which I know are made available to Dr. Staffetti within minutes. Will NEVER go back to him. Office Manager called me to say, "We`re not PERFECT." Would she also say that about a patient who passed away? I will as I promised tell everyone not to go to Dr. Staffetti.
