UPDATE I just called GBS again to obtain a copy of my estimate, and after a few tries the girl LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME after I told her what little service I’ve had from them! This call was at 3:38pm PDT on 5/22/18. I’m surprised companies like this stay in business with their consistent bad customer service across the board. Just like most others, I had a bad experience. The claim process took weeks, and I didn’t have a tech out to my house for an initial inspection before 45 days. After an inspection, I never received any follow up from GBS, and so I had to follow up with them after 3 weeks. They informed me they would not cover my claim. I then asked for a copy of the estimate the tech reported to them, and they refused to provide me with a copy. I never saw or signed ANY document during this process, and they refused to let me see any “documents” of my claim reported to them. This experience and coverage is a joke. If they feel like following up with me to address or edit this review, feel free.
