MOST HORRIBLE TIME EVER . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I was shopping around for a new tire, I called this location which is 45 min away from me which a Vivan Promised she will honor a $25 discount on my services . I arrived to the location and wasn't until I left and dropped my car is when she told me that she can not honor the coupon after it was already promised. She didn't let me speak and explained the frustration that was caused. Manager Enrique all he did was apologize and said that the Discount can not be honored. ITS THE PRINCIPAL !! DO NOT PROMISE SOMETHING YOU CANT DO. If she didn't know for sure then she could have asked a manager before saying yes. Never going back.
