worst cut ever, unless the friar tuck look is what you're seeking. I was the only customer there so I don't understand the big rush. When she didn't cut it as I was explaining what I wanted, she said she didn't know, instead of a short cut around my ears and feathering on my face, I have the perfect look for a 70 year old man., there's no cleft in the back ; it looks like I went to a beauty school with first week students. I also couldn't use my credit card and had to go to the Publix teller to pay, which between Publix fee and my banks fee for using the teller increases the cost by $5. The computer there wasn't accepting any cards....cash only. Been going there for about 4 years, but can't take the chance again, my hair grows too slow and people who can only say "I didn't know what you wanted, oh well" are too independent for me
I went there once, over a year ago, and although I attempted to tell the stylist what I wanted, she ignored me and immediately started cutting my hair. I felt frustrated and powerless as she madly cut away. Since there were no customers waiting, all I could think was that the owners of this Great Clips franchise must believe the stylist's speed trumps customer satisfaction. I've never returned.
