I asked for ranch crust & I literally got ranch on my crust (instead of the powder) I called & the manager she told me it's because the guy is new (I really don't care why) & she assured me that they would send out another pizza.. well 2 hours after my initial order. No pizza. No phone call. So I called & the girl says oh it's on its way.. okay whatever. 20 mins later no pizza. Again. So I call AGAIN & for some reason they put it as a pick up. So screw it. I don't want the pizza. I asked for a refund for ALL my money because I didn't even eat any of it.. told her she can send whoever she wants to pick it up.. or if it were easier for her I'll take a credit for the store for the $22 I spent. She tells 'Oh, I can't give you a $22 credit.. my boss will kill me.' Uhmmmmm..... what?! Okay.. just make sure the money is back on my card. Total s*** show there tonight.
