If there was a zero "0" I would have selected it. Staff is by far rude and even disrespectful to their guests. Roaches...a big YES. Toilet loose...door doesn't close properly, the staff even yelled at us about the door not being closed stating it was for our safety... Your bad door is now my problem??? And safety??? Should I be scared to be here??? Smells of weed all the time but yet when you mention it, after standing at the desk being ignored for 15 minutes, they state its always like that...then the other extremely rude staff member states, without even picking up her head to look at you, "I dont smell it". Was woken to fire alarms the first day and its noisy all morning long. There were three people in the parking lot fighting one afternoon and the staff member was just standing outside smoking. If I were the manager of this place everyone would be fired. If I were the owner, id put it up for sale. Value Inn should take Its name off this place. It's a discrase. Its a shame because the views and the lake near by are beautiful. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
