My guess is all the five star ratings are there because of the bribe of a discount they offer for a five star rating. I was hoping I could give them a five star rating, too, because when I left the first visit I felt that I could. However, the lady told me their service fee was $6.00 that I felt was reasonable and agreed to pay. She charged me a total of $37.00 for a Temporary Florida Disabled Parking Permit. On the ride home I thought that $31 charge from the state for that kind of permit was out of line. I checked the Florida state statutes on line that stated it was a $15 fee including the tax collector's fees. Six dollars plus $15 is $21 not $37. When I picked up the placard today I asked for an explanation. She did a completely different dance that made no sense in relation to what she said yesterday. So, in my mind, my rating is: TOTAL RIP OFF!.
