My friend has a watch and let them repair; she paid $600 to repair but she still haven't get it back. It has been more than 3 months. Recently, I called them about twice a week; first week, the lady said, the repairman was on vacation. Second week, she said she would check with the watch maker and third week she is still checking. I really don't know what was going on with them. Maybe my friend need to take them to court and found out!
Updated; another guy said, he is waiting for a part send from the manufacturer, give him another 10 days. We See!
