I used to love to shop at J.C.Penney's. It was my first choice for clothes, but today I went there, and I did not like the selection. But worse than that, the only women's bathroom is in the hair salon. The other bathroom on the ground floor has been eliminated. I think this is likely to be a code violation. Very disppointed in this store. No interest in the confort of women.
