I've ordered from this company twice before, but my previous order will definitely be my last. Usually orders only take 4-6 business days. I never received a tracking number or an email confirmation. I called several times and wa unable to speak with anyone. I decided to try customer service one last time only to be told that an order that I placed almost a week ago has not even left the warehouse and she needed to speak with her supervisor regarding the situation. Now shoes that I needed for my child to start school in will be late getting here. I will definitely not be ordering from Jimmy Jazz again! All of my shoe business will be given to Eastbay. Very fast shipping and a better selection of shoes!!!
