John English - State Farm Insurance Agent

Barbara has truly exceeded my expectations of outstanding customer service. I was stuck in traffic on I4 one day when I was on my way to the John English office ( that was about to close for the day) to pay my car and life insurance premiums, and Barbara told me not to worry that she just wanted me to be safe and that she would wait for me however long it took. I finally arrived about 35 minutes after the office closed and Barbara was still there waiting for me. I was so impressed with that level of customer service. Barbara also called us after hurricane Irma to make sure we were ok because she was genuinely concerned. Barbara is truly an asset to the John English office. I have even met John English himself and he was so nice to us and told us that if we ever needed anything, he would make sure he would be available to us to help in any way. Now THAT is what i call outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with this particular State Farm (John English) office because they are truly professionals and will treat you with respect and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs and to make sure you are totally satisfied.
