I love Dr Mendelson and have been seeing him for years. Unfortunately, since he joined this practice I have had nothing but trouble. I need certain medications on a regular basis, and it’s always a problem getting the office to reorder them. Sarah at the front desk always says it’s a busy office when I complain to her. Roxanne, who is in charge of controlled meds, and sending in renewed rx’s, gave me her personal fax number for my ostomy supply company to send the form needed to be completed for my life supporting supples, yet she never returns the completed forms. I am going to have to find another doctor whose office is not so busy that they cannot even keep a patient’s medications filled.
