Kelley Plumbing

Have used Kelley Plumbing multiple times before but this is my last time. I purchased 3 replacement toilets and needed a simple installation. The quote was more than expected. The installer cancelled after I waited for a couple of hours, rescheduled for another day and then came a couple of hours later than promised. The installation was done as contracted. I had problems immediately with the upstairs toilet not flushing correctly. I called Kelleys a few times, left messages and NEVER got a call back. Paid top $$ and got no response when had problem. Needless to say, i had to call someone else to fix what I already paid for. They told me to purchase the toilets and then they would install them so I did what they had advised me to do. Just a case of not caring after overcharging !!!!!! Word of mouth is best advertising and I would not recommend for anyone to call Kelley Plumbing. They dont stand behind their work. A call after several messages is only common courtesy especially after charging an outlandish fee. I was told that the fee was so high because they dont know if the job will be more involved once they get into it. The job was simple and routine and then I had to get someone else to follow up and fix it as they never acknowledged that I called them. Thanks for all your help. I will be sure to tell everyone how you conduct your business and take care of your customers. Save yourself a bunch of grief and headaches. CALL Someone else for your plumbing needs...
