The knowledge of housekeeping procedures that Lee’s team shows is very reassuring when the house is a mess and company is coming. Her people are well versed with the standards of hygiene and sanitation and this week has demonstrated ability to perform duties in a busy environment with people running in and out all morning. Her team took charge and has strong interpersonal and communication skills yet not yelling at us. Good time management skills allowed us to expect her on time.
