Jay was extremely great to work with especially when delays disrupted our project. Our project was delayed by a third party that was out of our control and it caused issues with the work Londos was performing. Even though it procured a loss to his company he followed thru on his promise to make us happy. Very impressed with Jay's integrity so seldomly found today.
