I had a great experience with Lovejoy. I was in the downtown shopping district for lunch recently and decided to stop in to browse their selection of men's watches. I was greeted by Ace and after a few minutes of browsing, he asked if I was looking for a particular style, brand, or certain model of watch. I told him about a watch that I had seen several years earlier. He immediately knew of the specific watch and said that it was a bit uncommon. But since I wasn't in a hurry to make a purchase, he offered to record my information and contact me if he was able to find one in the future. About a week later, he called to say he had a similar style of watch come in to what I was looking for within my price range. He texted me photos to see if I was interested. I decided to pass on that particular watch, and he told me that he would keep looking. Within another week and a half, he called to say that he was able to find the exact watch that I was looking for, but in his opinion, I would be much happier if he sent it in to be serviced before I bought it. Of course, this increased the price a bit but the end result was fantastic, and I am glad I followed his suggestion. Throughout the whole process I was very satisfied with both the service and expertise that I received at Lovejoy. I already have them looking for another watch for my collection, and would gladly recommend them to my friends and family members.
