Being a boat owner and being at the mercy of a boat repair shop can be stressful to say the least. Meeting Kris and Michelle has been awesome. Running a busy charter fishing company and needing things fixed fast and fixed right is something I hold to a high standard and not getting the feeling your getting ripped off is another concern. BUT rest assured. Kris will be honest and tell you the truth and do his best to get you up and running asap and be honest! Michelle and her customer service, "running" the business is another great thing. Most jobs done to my boats are done via text. yes text. I was even given a contact number should I need an emergency after hours! Im glad that they value my business and the safety of my customers too! Means a lot. Thank you guys!
