I am shopping for auto insurance and your website is an ad page? Why even have that? It's unthinkable that an insurance company doesn't have even a basic website. And how about an email address? People can email you on weekends when you're closed (ie not answering your phone) and you can get back to them when you return to the office. Genius idea.
