Mattress One

We bought two mattresses, one in stock and one specially made to fit an antique bed. We paid for both items at that time. The first was delivered as promised. We waited for the special mattress for weeks only to be told that they could not get it after all, and would refund our money. We waited for the refund and called again when it never appeared on our credit card. After a few more calls we went back to the store... twice... and was again told ... twice... that it was fixed and the refund would be made. It's been about 6 months now and still no refund. It looks like nearly $400 was stolen from us by these crooks and I doubt we'll ever get it back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My complaint isn't so much with the store as with the company's "return" policy. We bought a mattress that was sagging in the middle within a week (and it was a $700 Beautyrest) and we found out that we can't deal with the store directly, we have to deal with corporate...forms, emails, pictures etc. 3 weeks later I finally get a response and they tell me I have to send another picture to their specifications when the one I sent CLEARLY shows the sag and problem. Don't do business with this company, if you have a problem they are not helpful and make you jump through a bunch of hoops and try to get out of fixing it.
