When we shop in Live Oak, this is our go to fast food place. The food is always fresh and hot and good personnel. Always a smile and if ever a problem the manager will take care of it. One feels comfortable and you get your monies worth, obviously good management at this location

I don’t have very high expectations for a McDonald’s but this is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Staff is unbelievably slow and really not too friendly. Also at the time their credit card machine was down they wouldn’t say anything with a line of multiple people until you got to the cashier. For future reference for all of you employees it’s OK to announce that your card machine is down instead of making people wait 10 to 15 minutes to be told that at the cash register. Also staffed properly when you have someone who is new working the cashier obviously had no idea what she was doing and kept asking for help with literally everything she had to do
