Recently stayed here for a weekend. You have an apt with a full kitchen and amenities, washer and dryer, full size bed and comfortable couches. My only complaint about the apt would be the bathroom. It's pretty old, there's a lot of rust and the tiles are falling.
A couple of things happened but they did not affect my stay:
1st, there is no free parking since this is a residential area. Maybe during the day for some hours but the rest is not free. They tow your car if you don't have a sticker. I suggest to have a backup plan since the closest parking spaces are $4 the hour.
2nd, we called the receptionist to ask about the parking/wifi and a rude lady answered. Apparently she wasn't aware that her number was posted to help/answer questions for the people renting at The Met. At the end, she still didn't provide answers and just kept asking how we got her #
3rd, we had a problem with the wifi but the landlord went ahead and fixed it right away.
Overall, the experience was good since the area makes up for it.
