Monkey Shack

I was really excited when I read about this place. Upon walking in the shop you're greeted immediately by a sweet African Grey. As soon as I looked at her I noticed that she was missing a few feathers... no big deal, maybe she's molting. Then the next bird I saw is a giant macaw who was almost naked. These birds are so stressed they are plucking their feathers. On the other side of the monkey cage was another African Grey who had plucked many of his feathers out as well and was shaking. As for the shop, they have a little of everything and the girl at the counter was friendly. I have no issues with the shop. Just the super stressed out birds.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! They have multiple parrots that are so stressed out they are mutilating themselves by plucking their own feathers. I own birds, and this is not the condition they should be in. This store makes me sick.
