The receptionists there have no idea of what they're doing. Multiple times we've been seen and then made new appointments while there and when we come in for the new appointment they tell us our appointment doesn't exist and was never made even though we made the appointment while there. The receptionists are rude and ignorant and clearly aren't even capable of putting down appointments.
