Nothing Bundt Cakes

It's taken me a few weeks to gather my thoughts and sit down to write this. Sadly we are all too familiar with the events that took place in our neighborhood/community on February 14th. As a class of 2003 graduate, I am a proud Eagle. But I am not a local Eagle. I knew I wanted to do something for our CSPD but from North Carolina wasn't sure how I could do that. . I collected money from our class and was able to put together a great dinner menu to be delivered to the CSPD but needed something sweet too. When I reached out to Dennis the owner he immediately told me he would be happy to set an order up for one of my contacts to pick up but that the money we donated should go back to the community and the families affected and should not pay for cakes so he generously donated them. I cannot say enough how wonderful this was to hear during such a hard week and time for our community. It's business owners like this who make CS a strong city!
