I had a 9 year old Samsung flat screen that was working great...until yesterday when it started jumping into channel scan mode at random and simultaneously disabling the remote. I called the place where I bought it and they could not send a repair person to my house for 2 weeks. I called Arnold at Nuview based on the reviews I read here. He came over the same day, and fixed it in about 15 min. Great customer service.
