Printing staff has terrible customer service. I have been here multiple times and every time it takes 30+ minutes just to get 3 or 4 pages printed. You will usually spend at least 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge you are even there. Additionally, staff will hand you prints from machines that are obviously low on toner and ask you "if that's ok". Of course it's not ok, it looks like junk! Also, if you're not African American, be prepared to get skipped over by staff who wait on them first, even if they just walked up while you have been waiting for 15 minutes.
