Incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service. They take advantage of the immigrant population who most likely aren’t aware of store policies and do what they please like closing the store before official closing hours. I had a bad experience recently where I went in because it was 7 minutes before closing and and employee said they were closed and tried to block me. The gate was open so I walked in with friend and 2 kids to literally get some flip flops by the register and pay. The employee said she was instructed my manager to not let anyone in so she started paging her and saying that we walked in along with other customers and they wanted to get us out. I heard her and decided to leave because who wants to shop anywhere with that kind of treatment.
