I've been to other Olive Garden's in the US, and it was always good experiences. However, I came across this one and it was a very unpleasant experience. We had a family gathering a table of 12. When the appetizers came and we finish the table was a mess of empty plates, more food kept arriving and more empty plates stacking up each other. The waiter gave a couple rounds and it never removed one single plate. Once our main dishes where about to be served, he looked directly at the mess of dirty plates in the table and did nothing, until I stopped him and said "can we get the table clean please!? We are running out of space". As for the food, the gnocchi was so smushy like mashed potatoes, my pasta was semi warm, and the pasta sauce was so so thick that I couldn't eat it. It was just not the olive garden good service and good food I had previously on their franchise.
It was a complete mess for service, the worst service ever and food!
