I am a homeowner and I was having really bad problems with my computer it was so slow I had for about 5 years. I called Onsyte and they suggested I get a new computer because it has been so long that is wasn’t worth repairing it over and over. So I bought a computer from them custom built at a great price and I have not had any problems with it, and just a week ago they came out to my property to install my printer and do a quick maintenance on the computer. I made an appointment with Onsyte to call me between 1:PM and 2:PM to help me remotely with my computer, they never called. I had to call the office where I was told everyone was out on a call. I asked the gentleman what about my appointment. He said someone would return my call with-in one hour. No one ever called. I am very disappointed with them since Angies List rate them with a super service award.
