Opalo Spa & Waxing

I'm going to start by saying that I am by no means a massage connoisseur, however I've had enough massages to say that this was "the worst massage ever". The ladies have no massage technique what so ever. It felt more like a rub down with oil than a massage. At one point I almost had to stop her because she was rubbing me so hard that it started to burn. The skin on my back is sore today. Now as far as the service: We got there 15min before our appointment. There was no one to greet us. We waited about 45 minutes.....no one ever came to us to let us know that they were running late. I had gotten the massage with fruit and champagne it would have been nice if at least they would have offered us some while we waited. It would have made our wait better. Oh, by the way when we did get the "champagne" it was apple cider.......DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
