Palmetto Trace Apartments

I have lived at palmetto trace for 6 years always paid rent on time . Me and my husband moved out this year due to him be active duty military and us pcsing to somewhere else. I been reaching out to the office as well as stopped by the office to pay the finale balance of my apartment. Rachael rushes me out the out the office by the way im the only one in the office she proceeds to say that she is too busy to work on my concern. I then reach out again she states they send all account to collections even though they havent sent me a proper statment telling me what is owed so i can pay the bill. I called the collections agency that racheal gave me they cant find a account for us. So i recieved a finale statement finally last week that doesnt have a account number a due date on when funds are due it looks like a paper with just number on it and not even professional.
