This has been the absolute worst company to deal with. I have a bill from them & I don't think they submitted the claim correctly to my BCBS insurance. However, I can't find out because they NEVER answer the phone & they NEVER return messages. NEVER. I have left multiple messages on both of their lines & not once received a phone call in return. I did however receive a "Final Notice" statement. When I read other reviews online, I see this is standard practice for this company. I really can't see how they've stayed in business this long with this type of customer service. Clearly there isn't any competition in that field, or they wouldn't have.
