Panera Bread

Gotta say that the online ordering for delivery is exceptional!! I have yet to encounter a problem with it and it's so convenient. Except for today... I ordered my meal online and for some reason online it said my meal wasn't ordered but I got an email stating it was.. So I waited an hour just to see if it would come and it didn't. So I called and talked to the manager and she was super helpful and apologetic and assured me I would have my food shortly! This isn't her fault by any means and she went above to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you Panera!!
