Panera Bread

Location is in a dark corner. Once you arrive the environment is warm. We typically get a bread bowl at panera bread locations. With this location we asked for extra bread (baguette) and they literally took the normal side bread and broke it in half so we had two tiny pieces of bread. I would have been happy to pay for an extra side of bread or if I was told they are not able to provide extra baguettes that would be completely understandable but to break the normal size one into two tiny pieces unbelievable.
