Papa John's Pizza

This place has gone down hill. Placed a simple order of 2 pizzas at 5:33pm had a confirmation email with 24 - 34 minutes for estimated delivery. At 6:39pm still have not received the pizza. I call them to find out what is going on and they pick up and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up as I was so irritated. Still waiting for pizza guess I have to drive there to get something done. 6:55pm and have finally received our pizza however my kids have now already ate something different. Done with this place for awhile hopefully someone will get this place in order.
